- Contact data, via the “Start a project” form: name, email, phone, service area, project type and description of your request.
- Browsing data, via cookies and trackers: pages visited, source, audience-measurement and advertising-performance data (see our cookie policy).
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Responding to your requests for contact, information and quotes — legal basis: pre-contractual measures and legitimate interest.
- Audience measurement and advertising (Google Ads and LinkedIn campaigns, conversion tracking, remarketing) — legal basis: your consent, collected via the cookie banner.
- Compliance with our legal obligations and management of the business relationship.
4. Recipients and processors
Your data may be shared with the following providers, acting on our behalf:
- Airtable (Airtable Inc., USA) — storage of requests sent via the form.
- Google (Google Ireland Ltd.) — business email, audience measurement and advertising (Google Ads).
- LinkedIn (LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company) — advertising and measurement (LinkedIn Insight Tag).
- Cloudflare (Cloudflare Inc.) — site hosting and delivery.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union. Such transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards (European Commission standard contractual clauses and/or adherence to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).
5. Retention period
- Data from the form: kept for the time needed to process your request, then for up to 3 years from our last contact, for prospecting purposes.
- Cookies and trackers: according to the durations stated in the cookie policy (at most 13 months for trackers subject to consent).
