The new RT 2012 standards in energy efficiency have had an impact on customer demand: calling for reduced volumes, and smaller surfaces.

This doesn’t make our villas any less “beautiful and smart” and we have numerous ways of making a 100m² house unique.

For example: white rendering and grey anthracite woodwork, give a home extra character.

Large garages also add precious storage space and why not add a covered patio, exterior blind or bioclimatic pergola, and really make the most of summer?
